One of the UK’s first PFI projects complete with facility management services, involving Lottery funding towards the historical 16th century grade listed II building, archaeological dig and communal grounds. The works involved the refurbishment and extension to provide a part three storey building and annex of approximately 2370 m2, for a 3 GP practice, NHS Trust clinical services including minor A&E, day and bed care facilities, chapel and mortuary. The development formed part of a mixed used development, the supermarket, and service roads were completed by a national supermarket operator.
