A fit out of the ground floor proposed retail unit within a new housing association scheme in an area of expanding population.

PMP were appointed by the managing agent for the GP’s after attempts by others had failed to move the development forward. The scheme consisted of a housing association block of flats nearing completion with planning consent for a change of use from retail units to new GP surgery at ground floor.

Considerable time was spent to achieve an efficient internal layout for the doctors and after discussion with the PCT one practice took the lease on the whole of the ground floor of the scheme.

Build period – 5 months
Total area – 495 sq.m over two floors
