A new built scheme to accommodate an existing practice who were working out of a part converted house.

PMP were selected by the practice upon recommendation from the PCT, after a previous developer had been unable to make the scheme.

Land negotiations and sale agreed to acquire land within the grounds of Woodlarks trust a XXXXX home. A design was evolved so to discreetly set the building low down on the site, away from the Home, which was a condition of the land sale set by the Trust.

Build Period - 6 months
