A new build development to accommodate a GP practice, whose existing surgery, was a converted house, together with a new NHS dental facility, pharmacy and Pbc accommodation.

PMP were appointed by the practice. PMP sourced, negotiated and acquired part of the land from Methodist Homes which housed one of their care homes. PMP worked closely with the Home to avoid disruption to the Home during construction and assisted in the extension and part refurbishment of the Home.

The practice decided to take a lease for extra space, over and above their GMS area to incorporate rooms for the delivery of Pbc and other professionals, on a sessional basis.

Build period – 9 months
Total area – 1,250 sq.m over two floors
